Designer Harc Lee has designed this ultra-slick looking, and more eco-friendly Coca Cola can. Abandoning Coke’s legendary red and white stripes in favor of plain ol’ aluminum. The silver can is created without using any paints or dyes, which would significantly reduce pollution and energy use associated with producing and recycling soda cans.
Another bonus of this paint-free can (aside from it’s space-age aesthetic) is that it makes the recycling process that much easier. With most soda can, before they are able to be recycled, they must first be stripped of their paint jobs. No color on the cans saves plenty of energy at the recycling plant.
We are looking forward to seeing Coca-Cola’s fancy new soda can! We just hope everyone will remember to recycle them!
