I just installed the Greenbar toolbar and have got to say it’s a great green idea.

Once downloaded and installed this handy little toolbar takes all the effort out of hunting for green blogs, websites, and feeds while also giving you instant access to your Facebook page, Twitter account and tons of handy little apps and gadgets – all nicely arranged in a toolbar in your web browser.

The good people at Greenbar have filtered through the infinite deluge of various green blogs and websites and come up with quality links that have been neatly categorized and easily accessed.

Greenbar is a free application and is usable with Firefox and Explorer. Test it out yourself and let us know what you think. Are we the only ones scratching our heads wondering why we hadn’t heard of this thing earlier?
